Robert DeBord serves as Director of Hosted Solutions at NJL, bringing 10 years of legal technology experience. In this role, Robert holds the responsibility for planning, organizing, oversight, coordination, and operations of eDiscovery and hosting solutions.
Robert’s responsibilities include making sure NJL’s hosting environment, primarily based in iCONECT's XERA application, continues to perform at incredible speeds, and with a consistency that our clients love. Using his extensive knowledge, a variety of resources, and great personal and professional contacts he assists in elevating NJL’s hosted environment above and beyond that normally provided by regular vendors.
Robert regularly works with the NJL Data Intake Team to further perfect how data is handled before and while it's being loaded into our platform. This has included building out a Support department with a help desk ticketing and response system, to our client's delight.
Additionally, Robert facilitates all sales demos and holds most training sessions for platform users. He has been fortunate to be gifted not only with technical aptitude, but also the ability to connect and interact with our clients on a friendly, human level. As a result, NJL’s clients love calling us for support because they know they're talking to someone who loves helping them. This certainly is clear during demos and training, and is a large part of why our demos and training go so well.
