•Manage and provide in-house litigation support for current litigation support technology to legal teams; address case management needs with focus on electronic discovery.
•Work with legal teams to prepare documented electronically stored information (ESI) protocols in litigation. Ensure all ESI protocols are followed and conforms to firm systems. Provide consulting support and/or troubleshoot issues/problems.
•Evaluate costs of ESI management, develop processes, checklists, timelines and forms to provide overall guidance to legal teams. Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to vendors. Evaluate and analyze vendor responses to RFPs. Prepare spreadsheet detailing client pricing. Prepare recommendations, budgets and project plans for acquiring and implementing recommended solutions. Ensure scope and volume of work follow original Statement of Work and ensure changes impacting cost/budget are communicated and approved by the client.
•Develop project design specification in coordination with RFP guidelines and in consultation with legal team. Act as primary contact for legal team and vendors during the lifecycle of project and assist legal teams through all stages of litigation lifecycle for the project. Develop, monitor/maintain and provide comprehensive reporting to legal team, including project metrics.
•Prepare and maintain case documentation, including logs, vendor analysis spreadsheet and all department required documentation from inception until the matter is closed.
•Coordinate collection of discovery related documents from clients, including vendor, client and attorney resources for collection of data.
•Manage vendor relations including comparing services to contract, monitoring volume of vendor work.
