Mark Susens is an accomplished legal and investigation IT professional with more than 20 years of demonstrated success in the implementation and management of technology to support complex investigations and litigation. He is a recognized expert in data analytics, computer forensics, digital recordkeeping and retention, e-Discovery, e-mail collection, and other legal, investigative, regulatory and technology issues. Mark joined CACI in 2015 to establish and manage a data analytics lab for the Civil Division of the Department of Justice, which provides data analytic services to investigation and litigation teams throughout the DOJ. The data analytics lab utilizes a combination of Business Intelligence, Link Analysis, Database, COTS and Open Source software to solve complex data problems not supported by traditional litigation support technologies. Prior to joining CACI, Mark spent more than 20 years with the Enforcement Department at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority where he established and directed FINRA’s Forensic Investigations and Litigation Support programs.
