I am Corporate Counsel on Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) Worldwide Public Sector Team, responsible for AWS’s cloud sales to U.S. federal customers and all related contract negotiations, compliance, and litigation.
Prior to joining Amazon, I was a government contracts associate in the Washington, DC offices of McKenna Long & Aldridge (now Dentons) and Baker Hostetler, where I represented clients in all aspects of government contracts law. I also served as Chair of Baker Hostetler's Associates Committee for the DC office. My experience includes litigating bid protests and contract disputes and counseling large and small businesses on compliance with complex regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS).
I am a graduate of the George Washington University Law School where I was the Senior Articles Editor for the Public Contract Law Journal. I also held leadership positions with GW Law’s Student Bar Association and the American Bar Association’s Law Student Division.
