Joshua Fine is a manager in Advocacy and Oversight IT for TIAA. In addition to e-discovery matters, Josh assists attorneys and staff with oversight of legal and compliance technology, and related vendor management. An attorney and IT professional, Josh has been working at the crossroads of law and technology for over 20 years.
Prior to coming to TIAA, Josh served as a consultant on technology management and as Director of Operations for MicroEdge, Inc., a division of Advent Software. He has also served as an adjunct instructor at Columbia University School of Continuing Education.
Josh is a speaker at professional conferences on e-discovery and information governance and is a contributing author to the treatise, eDiscovery for Corporate Counsel, (Mary Mack and Carole Basri, 2016).
Josh holds a B.A. from Indiana University, a J.D. from Quinnipiac College of Law, and a Certificate in IT Management, Database Analysis and Design from Columbia University. He is admitted to the practice of law in Connecticut and the District of Columbia.
Josh lives with his family in Mount Kisco, NY where he is a captain in the Mount Kisco Volunteer Fire Department.
