He has served as in-house counsel, outside counsel, and as a consultant for service providers and software companies. John leverages his multi-faceted background to analyze, recommend, and manage complex litigation situations.
John’s practice focuses on complex litigation involving large data volumes and diverse data sources. With his background and experience in technology, John evaluates the dispute environment to recommend technology, workflow, and strategy. John developed the information governance strategy for a major international financial institution. He also led the data privacy, data loss prevention, and cyber security response legal teams for that institution. John is skilled at navigating the nuanced world of proactive and reactive strategy and tactics in this complex and evolving space.
