Jeffrey Teso is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations in Dallas, Texas. He provides strategic consulting services to corporate and law firm clients to assist them in managing the risks and costs associated with discovery and data management in connection with complex, data-intensive disputes, investigations and business transactions.

Mr. Teso creates and delivers end-to-end, e-discovery solutions for large-scale clients across a variety of industries. He has developed and coordinated effective and innovative e-discovery delivery solutions for numerous Fortune 1000 clients, including a global financial services firm, pharmaceutical / medical device companies, energy / natural resource corporations and insurance providers.

Mr. Teso spent six years as a litigation associate at the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson, where he was responsible for litigating numerous, complex commercial and products liability cases. There, he also served as lead e-discovery solutions project manager with the firm's Complex Litigation and Discovery Center, organizing and managing large document review projects for clients on a variety of matters, including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, antitrust matters, patent suits, and real estate and commercial litigations / arbitrations.

Mr. Teso earned a bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, in international relations from Syracuse University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is a licensed attorney, admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia, and is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production.
