Commercial Litigator: I am a seasoned commercial litigator with a successful record of handling high-stakes domestic and cross-border disputes for public and privately held companies include . My areas of focus include securities, fraud, breach of contract, indemnification and antitrust cases, which I try in federal and state courts.  

Client Counselor. I regularly advise clients on litigation- and compliance-related strategies including information and data management and procedures, risk management and efficient coordination of all phases of discovery and the defensible use of technology to analyze electronically stored information. I also have provided advice based on my litigation experience in connection with merger and acquisitions transactions.  

Team and Project Manager. I lead, train and supervise large teams of attorneys and litigation support personnel. In addition, I coordinate the retention and work of experts, consultants and vendors, and have primary responsibility for creating and managing budgets.

Firm and Industry Leader. An active member of my firm’s attorney training committee, I am considered a thought leader on the topics of efficient case management, and spearhead my firm’s electronic discovery initiatives. I have built an extensive internal and external public profile based on programming for industry groups on ethics, document retention and preservation, electronic discovery and other litigation topics. I contribute significantly to the firm’s recruiting efforts by focusing on identifying and hiring new talent and increasing attorney retention and diversity. Since its inception in 2008, I have served as the firm’s delegate to the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law (consisting of member lawyers from both law firms and corporate legal departments). As committed Coalition Board member, I promote the advancement of women in the legal industry.
