With over a decade of experience in the e-discovery sphere, Hitesh has a proven record of understanding e-discovery issues and recommending technological solutions for all aspects of the EDRM model. From cross-border collections to highly customized technology assisted review workflows, Hitesh often plays an integral part in the lifecycle of matters from a wide array of practice areas at Crowell & Moring. Hitesh has unique experience surrounding the e-discovery challenges presented by a variety of matters including Second Requests and governmental investigations to highly complex MDLs.
Hitesh likes to preemptively propose technology based solutions to create time and cost efficiencies for clients and case teams. Hitesh routinely consults regarding litigation budgets, preservation protocols, meet and confer readiness, processing, search and review methodologies, and the negotiation of production specifications.
Hitesh has written about e-discovery issues in the past and likes to stay abreast of all technological trends in the industry, especially analytics and artificial intelligence. He holds both an undergraduate and law degree from the University of Iowa and is licensed to practice in both Maryland and the District of Columbia.
