Gwen Higley focuses her practice on issues of eDiscovery. She believes that with the volume and fast pace of eDiscovery, accurate documentation of all phases of the process – preservation, collection, processing, review, production – is vital to both the integrity of the legal work and to the client as a cost controlling measure. As a staff attorney at Jones Day, Gwen works towards balancing the need to right-size eDiscovery efforts and ensuring that legal obligations to identify, preserve, collect, and produce data are met. She has ten years of experience in managing all stages of the eDiscovery process. Prior to practicing law, Gwen worked as an editor at the Law Library of Congress and as a technical writer in the technology and transportation industries. Gwen currently serves as the Dallas Chapter Director for Women in eDiscovery.
