Dan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Villanova University School of Law where he was the symposium editor of theVillanova Environmental Law Journal and the co-founder and president of the Energy and Environmental Law Society. While in law school, he was also a member of the Lawyering Together Program and a legal writing teaching assistant. Dan received his M.A. The George Washington University and B.S. from James Madison University. Prior to becoming an attorney, Dan worked for an energy and environmental consulting firm in Washington, D.C.
