Cristin's practice focuses on document discovery, representing corporate clients in the preservation, collection, review and production of electronic and paper documents. She has extensive experience managing large document collections and productions, including handling e-discovery for complex commercial litigation involving millions of documents. Her experience involves every aspect of document discovery, such as document hold notice drafting, early case assessment, search term filtering, review database optimization, and privilege log creation. Part of her role encompasses utilizing cutting-edge software to manage e-discovery reviews cost effectively and efficiently by utilizing her proficiency in analytics, technology assisted review and computer forensics.
Cristin also has experience with white collar criminal defense and government investigations. She has represented individuals and corporations facing investigations and enforcement actions by various state and federal government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the SEC. Her case load has included matters involving allegations of bribery, accounting fraud, bank fraud, fraud against the United States, conspiracy, and ITAR violations. She has also performed internal investigations and audits, including export control compliance audits. Her certifications include Relativity Master, Relativity Certified Administrator, Relativity Project Management Specialist, Relativity Analytics Specialist, Relativity Assisted Review Specialist and Relativity Certified User.
