Christopher Costello is a senior eDiscovery attorney who concentrates his practice on eDiscovery and complex commercial matters, including: residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, contractual disputes, real estate transactions and foreclosures, partnership disputes, as well as securities fraud and white collar actions. He has managed all aspects of client relationships and cases, from inception through trial. Representative clients include major financial institutions, foreign real estate investment funds, inventors of environmentally friendly technologies, and businesses across a wide variety of industries.Mr. Costello is a member of the Leadership Committee of Winston & Strawn's eDiscovery & Information Management Practice Group, the chair of the eDiscovery marketing committee, co-chair of the International and Cross-Border Discovery Committee, and the editor of eDiscovery Advantage, a quarterly newsletter that identifies and summarizes significant eDiscovery cases and developments affecting clients and attorneys alike. He also advises clients on document retention, presentation, and litigation preparedness programs, and helps clients review and revamp existing legal hold and document collection practices and prepare for Rule 16 and Rule 26 conferences.
