I am a security and operations professional with a wide range of experience. Most recently in my 24 year military career, I served as the Officer-in-Charge of CENTCOM Counter Narcotics (Forward) in Kabul, Afghanistan. In addition, I spent four years on active duty on the U.S. Marine Forces, Africa staff working at the component and combatant command level of planning and executing missions and developing operational and strategic level analysis. I have also worked with physical security specialists in the areas of anti-terrorism, military operations, intelligence collections, and personal security/personnel recovery operations in combat and semi-permissive environments. Currently, I am the AC/S G-9 Science and Technology Officer at II MEF. In my civilian career, I have an extensive work history in cyber security efforts with DoD, civilian Federal Agency, higher education, and commercial clients. In my cyber security capacity, I have a proven track record in accreditation efforts, vulnerability management, network infrastructure, Information Security, and risk assessment. I have successfully worked in diverse environments with demanding requirements building successful team efforts and I have an abundance of international and leadership experience in both my civilian and military careers.
