
Donald W. Myers practices exclusively in the area of electronic discovery. He works closely with clients and case teams to ensure that electronic discovery is handled in a defensible and cost-effective manner. Specifically, he works with Littler attorneys and their clients on issues such as:
- Preservation of evidence
- Strategies for data collection and review
- Computer forensic issues
- Negotiations with opposing counsel regarding electronic discovery
Don has handled cases in many jurisdictions nationally, and he frequently speaks on issues relating to electronic discovery. Previously, he served as a law clerk for the Hon. Lawrence P. Zatkoff, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan and as a staff attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals.
