Nia Castelly is a corporate counsel for Google Inc., primarily focused on discovery matters. She develops and implements discovery strategy in IP and competition litigation, regulatory and investigatory matters. At Google, Nia is responsible for helping to mitigate risks associated with the preservation and production of electronically stored information, and ensuring that the company’s processes are efficient and defensible. Before joining Google, Nia was a senior litigator at various Am Law 200 firms in New York City. Prior to receiving her law degree from Columbia Law School, Nia worked as a computer scientist.
