This session will feature practical ways to set up efficient, effective and defensible document reviews. Panelists will share insights on pre-review planning to include conducting early case assessments to evaluate technology vendors for data collection, processing and hosting; staff augmentation along with a list of questions to ask your potential vendor partner; the optimization of document processing and review technology such as coding protocols to reduce manual editing and unnecessary tagging; and workflow developments and quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
