In this session senior attorneys from the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice Antitrust Division, and the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys will discuss issues companies should consider when outsourcing their data with an eye towards having to one day respond to government inquiries. Specifically, the panel will discuss evolving technology, current investigation practices, and suggestions and novel approaches on how to respond to investigations when data has been outsourced.
