Judges are growing weary of parties and their counsel who are not willing or able to discuss their eDiscovery issues in a meaningful and forthright manner. The three top issues from the 2010 Civil Litigation Conference will be addressed: Proportionality, the need for increased Cooperation in the eDiscovery arena, and whether increased judicial participation will help minimize eDiscovery disputes.
