The Masters Conference

Judges are growing weary of parties and their counsel who are not willing or able to discuss their eDiscovery issues in a meaningful and forthright manner.  The three top issues from the 2010 Civil Litigation Conference will be addressed: Proportionality, the need for increased Cooperation in the eDiscovery arena, and whether increased judicial participation will help minimize eDiscovery disputes.  Familiarity with the papers presented at the conference in May (found at: http://civilconference.uscourts.gov/LotusQuickr/dcc/Main.nsf/h_Toc/B896CCD29A7DE0C88525764100492D17/?OpenDocument) will be assumed.
