Sadie Khodorkovsky is an Executive Director with JPMorgan Chase’s Legal Discovery Management group, focusing on the relationship between Legal and its Technology Partners. Over the last 10+ years, Sadie's experience has covered a wide range of global projects, including forensic investigations, crisis-driven litigations and Discovery Readiness assessments. She has provided strategic guidance on various facets of eDiscovery, Technology on-boarding and integration as well as Information Governance, and continues to do so within her current role.
During her tenure, Sadie has specialized in: electronic and physical data collections, computer forensics projects, enterprise content management implementations, document capture solutions, contract management systems and "all things" discovery related.
Her projects have included crisis-driven litigations, preventative matters and strategy and planning prior to major technical system implementations. She has provided quality-control assurance, technology-related client support and investigative assistance. Sadie has worked with clients during the course of depositions and trials and worked in conjunction with legal teams during their investigations and discovery efforts.
Sadie regularly consults clients on Discovery Readiness and ECM issues, focusing on the handling and production of electronically stored information, both structured and unstructured.
Sadie is a member of several professional organizations including the American Bar Association, New York Technology Council, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Women in eDiscovery, Hudson Union Society and the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management.
