Nigel is a strategic legal technology consultant to eDiscovery providers, outsourcing service providers (LPOs), law firms and industry clients. Nigel founded the first UK litigation support company in 1993 followed by TRILANTIC, an eDiscovery company, which was acquired by Huron Legal in 2010. As the Managing Director of Huron in London, Nigel led consultancy, eDiscovery and information governance for law firms and corporate legal departments in the UK. Nigel is on the advisory board of EDRM, which has defined the models and processes for eDiscovery and Information Governance. He is also a member of the Sedona International Working Group which provides the policy structure for the movement of data for litigation and regulatory matters across international borders as well as being a member of the Information Governance Initiative. Nigel is a regular speaker at conferences on current issues in Legal Technology, eDiscovery, Information Governance and Data Privacy in the UK, Europe, Australasia, the United States and the Middle East.
