Melissa G. Frank, consults to Fortune 500 companies on Litigation and e-Discovery implementation and strategies. Melissa counsels on end to end discovery issues including collections, records retention, set up of IT and IS systems, notification, preparation of custodians, managing technical processing of documents, early case assessment tools, managing attorney review processes, and production of data to third parties. She has experience in a wide variety of practice areas including Intellectual Property, Toxic Torts, Employment, Workers Compensation, and General Civil Liability matters.
A California native, Melissa received her B.A. from U.C. Berkeley in Berkeley, California and her J.D. from U.C. Hastings in San Francisco, California. Melissa is an active member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 as well as Women in E-Discovery and Founder of Legal Ladies, a professional women's networking group.
