Kevin is the Executive Managing Director of Discovery Services at Hire Counsel. In this role, Kevin oversees the discovery operations and managed review services of Hire Counsel. This includes supervision of the project management team, coordination of e-discovery vendors and ensuring best in class delivery to Hire Counsel clients. He has significant experience managing complex large scale matters and is an expert in developing alternative solutions for clients such as alternative pricing.
Kevin currently serves as the Co-Chair of the DC Bar Litigation Section’s Steering Committee, on the Master’s Conference Advisory Board, and also is a Board Member of the Legal Technology Professionals Institute (LTPI). He plays an active role in The Sedona Conference, working on Defensibility of Process with Working Group 1. Kevin was previously the Chair of the DC Bar eDiscovery and Information Governance Committee, and Co-Chair of the EDRM’s Metrics Group. He is a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB). He serves as an Advisory Board Member for his Alma Mater Chicago Kent College of Law’s eDiscovery Institute, and has provided pro bono representation to veterans at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Kevin is an active member of the Bar in Illinois and the District of Columbia, as well as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
Previously, Kevin M. Clark was Senior Vice President of Consulting at Compliance Discovery Solutions, focused on discovery, data management, and defensibility. Kevin served as the Vice President of the Client Advisory Group at Trustpoint International in Washington, DC prior to Compliance. Before joining Trustpoint, he was the Managing Director at Cobra Legal Solutions. He began his career at Williams & Connolly LLP, in Washington, DC. Kevin has worked most extensively in product liability, patent infringement, general commercial litigation, and mass tort litigation involving pharmaceutical products. He is also experienced in working on antitrust matters, including government investigations and litigation, and FCPA investigations.
