Evelyn Minnick

Known as a highly strategic “do-er,” she has directly managed numerous noteworthy massive litigation support efforts for global Fortune 500 corporations from early case assessment through production. As an eDiscovery expert in the regulatory arena, Minnick has advised clients responding to the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission for Hart-Scott-Rodino Second Requests and Civil Investigative Demands, as well as Securities and Exchange Commission investigations.

Minnick has established a reputation for delivering results by providing a clear focus and strategic direction in the fast-paced day-to-day activities of multifaceted litigation case management. She consistently aligns general counsel and outside counsel to provide information governance consulting and defensible processes geared toward action throughout the litigation life cycle.
