Beth Koehler is a legal consultant for Kroll Ontrack, the industry leader in ESI consulting, electronic discovery, computer forensics and trial consulting and presentation. In this role, she provides legal technology solutions and services to manage the informational needs of businesses and law firms. Additionally, Ms. Koehler advises clients on the technical aspects of electronic and paper discovery, providing expertise and critical solutions when large quantities of e-mail, electronic documents and other computer data are involved. As an expert in the trends and legal responsibilities associated with electronic evidence collection, review and production, Ms. Koehler counsels clients on discovery requests involved in litigation and investigatory matters.
Prior to joining Kroll Ontrack,Ms. Koehler was a special counsel on the trial team for the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight where she handled voluminous electronic document productions. Ms. Koehler also was an associate at Crowell & Moring, LLP, where she represented insurance clients in general liability insurance coverage litigation, specifically environmental and asbestos claims. Additionally, she handled a variety of legal matters involving union liability, trustee and fiduciary, environmental and directors and officers policies as well as insurance coverage disputes.
Ms. Koehler is licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. and her B.A. Degree in History with high honors from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich.
