Mr. Guilbert is a Senior Manager in the San Francisco office of Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics, Discovery practice. He has extensive experience as a consultant and project manager in information lifecycle management best practices. He has a broad range of expertise working with corporate enterprise clients and outside counsel on a diverse portfolio of legal and forensic investigative matters notably: government compliance, antitrust litigation, bankruptcy, intellectual property disputes, insurance, and fraud investigations.
Mr. Guilbert has over 19 years experience as a Discovery consultant including over a decade as an electronic Discovery (e-Discovery) project manager. He is an advisor to corporate counsel and law firms in managing and responding to crisis or compliance needs in a timely, defensible, and cost-effective manner through management and establishing predictable, repeatable methods and processes. His background includes testing and development of e-Discovery platforms including in-depth knowledge of leading industry tools such as kCura Relativity, Nuix, Guidance CaseCentral, Symantec Clearwell, Summation and Concordance.
Mr. Guilbert has also provided advisory services to corporate legal departments in the area of information governance lifecycle management and defensible disposition of data as well as e-Discovery maturity assessments. He has provided legal and investigative consulting services across a variety of industry sectors including: life sciences, energy utility, oil & gas, technology, aerospace, and financial lending institutions.
