FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
THE MASTERS CONFERENCE ANNOUNCES ITS THIRD ANNUAL CONFERENCE
"Viewing E-Discovery Through the Corporate Veil" brings top speakers, significant topics and a collaborative learning environment to the legal technology industry

ORLANDO - July 31, 2008 — The Masters Conference, an educational conference staffed with well-respected and knowledgeable experts in the legal profession, announces their third annual conference titled "Viewing E-Discovery Through the Corporate Veil," which will be held October 16 -17, 2008 at the Ronald Reagan Building located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW in Washington D.C.

The amended Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that were implemented December 2006 ignited more than new parameters pertaining to discovery and electronically stored information (ESI). It has changed the legal landscape and how legal professionals have managed business, business intelligence and litigation.

The Masters Conference: Viewing E-Discovery Through the Corporate Veil will focus on the corporate entity as the target for e-discovery preparedness. Timely topics will be discussed in the two-day conference, such as "Subprime Mortgage Litigations: Juror’s Preconceptions and Perceptions," "Preservation in the Absence of Agreement: Reducing the Uncertainty," "Staying Ready: A Proactive Approach to Litigation Readiness," and "Corporate EDD Budgets." The event has already lined up many highly sought-after high-profile speakers like Thomas Allman, Anne Kershaw, Browning Marean, Magistrate Judge John M. Facciola, and Judge Ronald J. Hedges, Patrick Oot among many others.

"The Masters Conference is a way for speakers, vendors and attendees to all work together to educate and find and implement new solutions to issues facing the e-discovery market in today’s industry," stated Sasha Hefler, President of the Masters Conference. "This is a smaller venue than many of the conferences out there today because we understand the importance of an intimate setting for discussions to take place and relationships to form and strengthen." Hefler concluded by saying, "We are excited about the caliber of speakers and topics planned for this year’s conference and look forward to seeing everyone at the event."
