Neal Lawson Mr. Neal Lawson, the President and co-founder of Washington, DC based Intelligent Discovery Solutions, Inc (“iDS”), is a nationally recognized expert and thought leader in electronic discovery advisory and information lifecycle consulting services with over 17 years of experience in the technology and litigation industries. Mr. Lawson specializes in the development and analysis of complex technology systems as well as enterprise software development, data analysis, information life-cycle management, and electronic discovery consulting for all matter of commercial disputes. In serving his clients as an expert, technical consultant, and project manager, Mr. Lawson has led global projects and international investigations involving complex data sets and enterprise systems. Mr. Lawson provides strategic counsel to corporations analyzing internal controls, policies, and procedures for electronic discovery and information management initiatives. His expertise is sought out for expert testimony and educational purposes. Mr. Lawson has trained both national and international litigation service bureaus on document capture, retrieval, processing, and retention methodologies and policies. Prior to founding iDS, Mr. Lawson was the co-founder and national practice leader of the Electronic Discovery Practice at LECG as well as managing director and regional practice leader for the Electronic Evidence & Consulting practice at FTI Consulting. Mr. Lawson began his career as an application programmer developing enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) software at PeopleSoft, travel and expense (“T&E”) software for the Department of Defense, and litigation imaging and retrieval systems with DocuLex. |
