Ralph Losey Ralph Losey is a Partner of Jackson Lewis, LLP where he serves as the firm's National e-Discovery Counsel. He is the author of three best-selling books on e-discovery by the ABA and West Thompson and numerous law review articles. Ralph is an Adjunct Professor of Law teaching e-discovery at the University of Florida and the publisher and principle author of the e-Discovery Team blog. Ralph has been an avid computer user since 1978, a trial attorney in private practice since 1980, and has over 70 published opinions to his credit. Ralph has limited his practice solely to Electronic Discovery Law since 2006. |
