Peter Gronvall, co-founder and managing partner of AdamsGrayson, is a prominent e-discovery expert.  Under Mr. Gronvall’s leadership, AdamsGrayson has garnered a national reputation as the standard setter in the document review space, delivering results of exceptional quality by leveraging technology to optimize quality and speed.  Mr. Gronvall is an adjunct professor of law at the Georgetown University Law Center, where he teaches an advanced discovery seminar.  He is an active member of The Sedona Conference, and serves on the advisory board of the eDiscovery Institute.  Prior to founding AdamsGrayson, Mr. Gronvall practiced as an antitrust lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Hunton & Williams LLP.   Mr. Gronvall is a 1997 graduate of Yale Law School and a 1994 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Gronvall’s practice focuses on AdamsGrayson’s managed review platform, which delivers exceptional quality while eliminating the massive inefficiencies that burden conventional review practices.  He provides strategic advice to corporations and law firms on building defensible e-discovery processes, including best practices in data retention and litigation holds.  He also advises the institutional investor community about the e-discovery marketplace, with particular focus on technology and software platforms, auditing and selecting among ‘best in class’ providers in content management, archiving, collection, and data processing.  Finally, Mr. Gronvall oversees AdamsGrayson’s education practice, which provides seminars and training sessions on a variety of e-discovery and information risk issues.
