Advisory Cabinet

The Masters Advisory Cabinet is comprised of e-discovery, library, records management, research thought leaders and government officials who are committed to upholding the advanced educational level of the Masters Conference. As a think tank for global thought leadership, the Cabinet will collaborate on methods to improve management of the information life cycle for the benefit of the legal community at large. It is also charged with ensuring that the Masters Conference upholds its mission of providing an elite educational forum where all who participate benefit from the educational message.

Cabinet members are role models in the legal profession. They provide input and review the conference curriculum to assure that all speakers are the foremost authority on the topics presented.

Mr. Byrne has over thirty years of legal, managerial, and business experience. He has worked, and lectured nationally, on the legal and practical aspects of investigations pertaining to corporations, banks, directors and officers, and accountants in a professional liability context.

Ms. Childress has more than 15 years of experience in the legal services industry. At LECG, Ms. Childress’ main area of expertise is in the area of Electronic Discovery, Litigation Readiness and Data Analysis with a focus on strategic consulting, identification, preservation, collection, extraction, review, and production of electronic records in support of all phases of litigations, investigations, and litigation preparedness initiatives. Ms. Childress assists Corporations and their Counsel with their data and systems and the laws that regulate them to decrease the cost and risk associated with e-discovery and information management.

Chris Dale qualified as an English solicitor in 1980. He runs the e-Disclosure Information Project which disseminates information about the court rules, the problems, and the technology. He writes the UK’s only authoritative and objective web site and blog on the subject and is a well-known speaker in the UK and elsewhere.

Mr. Regard is a nationally recognized electronic evidence and case management expert with 20years experience in consulting to legal and corporate entities. A programmer and an attorney by training, he has conducted system investigations, created data collections, and managed discovery on some of the highest profile financial investigations of the last decade.
